Online Conveyancing Solicitors

Online conveyancing solicitors provide an online conveyancing service to individuals buying, selling, transferring or remortgaging a property.   Online conveyancing solicitors can provide a conveyancing service, often via the use of email and specialist conveyancing software that can be more efficient and less costly than using a solicitor or conveyancer recommended by an estate agent or found on the high street.

Will I need Conveyancing Solicitors?

Most individuals buying, selling, remortgaging or transferring equity in a property will require the services of conveyancing solicitors or licensed conveyancers during the course of a conveyancing transaction.

It is possible to do your own conveyancing, however, as conveyancing is a complicated process and one of the most technically difficult areas of law it is always advisable to seek professional legal advice from conveyancing solicitors or professional conveyancers.

Where a mortgage lender is involved, conveyancing solicitors or licensed conveyancers will definitely be required to be instructed.  Mortgage lender’s will not lend on a property without instructing a conveyancing solicitor or licensed conveyancer to ensure the title to the property is good and marketable and ensuring their interest in the property is correctly secured and protected.   If a conveyancing solicitor is not instructed by the “borrower”, the mortgage lender will instruct a conveyancing solicitor directly.  All conveyancing fees will still be payable by the borrower.

Most people therefore instruct conveyancing solicitors or licensed conveyancers to deal with the conveyancing for them.
