To Provide an Efficient Conveyancing Service

We aim to provide our conveyancing clients with the most efficient conveyancing service possible.

Using our conveyancing case management software we delivery conveyancing reports and documents electronically via email to your inbox- there may be instances where this is not possible (e.g. your mortgage lender may require you to sign an original mortgage deed) however we will endeavour to send everything possible to you by electronic means.

We carry out our Conveyancing Searches using a provider recommended by the Law Society for speed and efficiency who process all conveyancing search requests electronically. Conveyancing search requests are processed immediately with some conveyancing search results returned within the hour.

Where Deeds and Documents are required in order to process your conveyancing we use the Land Registry's Direct Online Service. Most Conveyancing documents required can be downloaded directly and immediately using this service. Where the Land Registry have not added a particular document to the system this is sent to us by post.

To Communicate Regularly and in Plain English

We understand the stress experienced during a house move or conveyancing transaction and aim to communicate with you on a regular basis.

Our conveyancing system is set to ensure your conveyancing transaction is reviewed on a regular basis and outstanding matters chased and progressed.

Please use our conveyancing case tracking facility in order keep you fully up to date with the latest progress, outstanding requirements and issues relating to your conveyancing.

We also use SMS Text Messages to update you and pass information on.

E-mail will normally be our primary method of communication.

We aim to return your call or e-mail request for information as soon as possible.

To Maintain a Pro-Active Service

We aim to ensure your conveyancing is progressed to completion as soon as possible. Our conveyancing system ensures regular reviews are built in and outstanding matters chased on a regular basis.

To Communicate in Plain English

We aim to provide all conveyancing information, in a clear and understandable manner, minimising legal conveyancing jargon. Unfortunately conveyancing is a technical area and some conveyancing terms will require use and explanation.

One Named Contact throughout - Your Conveyancer

We do not have call centres, teams etc to pass you around - all your contact will be with your conveyancer who will process your matter from first instruction through to completion.
